Welcome to the USS Hyperion!

Greetings, and welcome to the U.S.S. Hyperion! The Hyperion is a Luna class starship designed and built and equipped with the latest in the Federation’s most cutting edge technology as a long range explorer intended to operate for extended periods in deep space beyond the Federation's borders.

The year is 2394 and the Hyperion has just been commissioned and assigned to Starfleet's Theta Fleet. As a part of a recent treaty between the Federation and the Romulan Star Empire, the Hyperion has been assigned to explore the largely unknown space beyond the borders of the Romulan Neutral Zone. Granted nearly unlimited access to all regions of the Empire, the Hyperion has been assigned to explore the vastness of uncharted space beyond the Federation's borders and tasked with Starfleet’s oldest order: “To boldly go where none have gone before”.

Whether you're already a crew member, considering joining, or just passing through, we would like to thank you for visiting the U.S.S. Hyperion.

Greetings everyone

Due to a conflict with Utopia Host, Charlie and I have moved the USS Hyperion to a new host. Everyone's login from the old website should still be valid and everything should be working correctly: if not let me know and we'll see what we can do to fix the problem. The new site address is:

http://hyperion.thetafleet.net

If anyone has any problems let me know.

Thanks,

» A Few Notes

Posted on Wed May 11th, 2016 @ 10:39pm by Captain John Theisman in General News

Hey guys,

First, I'm sorry I haven't been active much. Settling into a new job and adjusting to a totally different schedule that allows little personal time has been hectic, but I think I've figured it out. So, As soon as I catch up on everything I'll get us on the way to wrapping up Pathways and starting Into the Raptor's Shadow.

Second, there are a couple of unlinked NPCs on the roster. Please do not use them if they're not yours or associated with you in any way. If in doubt, please ask if you want to use the NPC or if you're not sure.

Third, we've been doing really great as far as activity goes, even though we've had a few changes to the roster. Let's keep up the outstanding work!

That's all for now folks. Thank you all for being a part of the Hyperion. Now, let's go write something! :)
